6. Delivery
- Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
- Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

7. Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, unless the product has been opened or sealed packaging is broken.
- Alcoholic beverages with broken seals are excluded from return for health and safety reasons.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

- Duzza is not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profit.
- Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.
- Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
